Empowering Women Voices
There aren't enough women on stage.
On average, only 30% of speakers at events are women. Let's fix it together. Our mission is to increase the “podium share” of women at public and private industry events and ensure a variety of different voices are heard. Beginning with media and technology industries, we hope this effort will result in a global, searchable, granular database of experts with incredible insights and vibrant personalities - who also happen to be women. |

Find relevant qualified speakers and promote a more diverse event

Where do I start?
If you share our vision to empower women through more speaking opportunities and to overcome challenges of the lack of diversity at events, please get involved!
We will be updated everyone soon once we are ready to start signing people up.
WomenPresent is not about reducing men’s presence on stage – we’re all for all people with expertise sharing great content at events – but we are keen to achieve gender diversity, ensuring a variety of different voices are heard.
We know we’re not alone in feeling frustrated at the lack of female representation among speaking engagements, but rather than just complain, we've decided to do something about it.
